Design of non-conventional optical elements forming a desired light distribution

Orteh can design a diffractive element or a set of diffractive and/or refractive elements that form a desired light distribution at a specified distance. The main problem in such projects is to obtain a uniform and stable output light intensity distribution. There is always a trade-off between the diffractive efficiency and the complexity of the final device. The feature size of the designed element and the fabrication price of multi-phase-step elements are also very important factors to be considered.

Preparation and optimization of data for EBL etching process

Our experience in manufacturing complex diffractive structures using Electron Beam Lithography (EBL) method has enabled us to achieve complex structures which can have a minimal feature size of 0.3 micron.
